Dr. Frank Schmitz, born 1960, admitted 1991. After getting his doctorate degree in international law, he became partner with COELER LEGAL in 1994. He built up the international business and developed the Eastern European branch of the firm. He is now managing partner together with Michael Raschendorfer and managing partner of COELER LEGAL Bulgaria. Frank specialises in international trade and renewable energies.
