Michael Raschendorfer, born 1948, admitted since 1978, partner with COELER LEGAL since 1979. He is delegate of the German-Italian Chamber of Commerce and permanent legal counsel to the General Consulate of Italy in Hamburg for more than 30 years now. Being also sworn translater for the italian language, Mr. Raschendorfer is assisting in drafting contractual documentation, court hearings and other negotiations.

Michael is focusing on litigation and distribution. For decades now he has been and still is legal advisor to large number of export oriented companies in all aspects related to cross-border transactions and german law. He is head of COELER´s italian division which is by far the biggest in northern Germany. Michael is also a leading expert in italian real estate and commercial property and inheritance issues.
