COELER LEGAL has been established in 1953 as one of the first international law firms after the war. It has been and still is permanent legal counsel to many export oriented companies from all parts of the world having business interests in Germany. We are specialised in cross-border transactions as well as domestic deals covering nearly all aspects of German commercial, trade, civil and administrative law.

The firm employs 5 lawyers, professionals and various paralegals as well as translators, real estate specialists, tax advisors and accountants. The office is connected with a notary public. Correspondence is possible in English, German, French, Bulgarian and Russian.
